5 Best iOS Programming Languages to Learn in 2023 https://www.scrapestorm.com/tutorial/5-best-ios-programming-languages-to-learn-in-2023/ Thu, 18 May 2023 18:57:00 +0000 https://www.scrapestorm.com/?type=post&pid=10188 The iPhone is still one of the most popular mobile phones today. Therefore, the demand for iOS programming language is also increasing.

So let’s take a look at the 5 best iOS programming languages to learn in 2023.

1. Objective C

ObjectiveC is a superset of the C programming language created by Apple. It is an object-oriented programming language used to create high-end iOS applications. It has the most powerful classes, libraries and modules for creating iOS applications.

2. Swift

Swift is one of the modern iOS programming languages in the world. It inherits its features from C programming and the ObjectiveC language. It is also an easy-to-learn programming language, providing an excellent foundation for developing high-end applications. Swift has been one of the most important iOS programming languages until now.

3. C#

C# is a general-purpose programming language developed by Microsoft in 2000 for the .NET Framework. A large number of websites, web applications, desktop or mobile applications are built with C#. It is easy for beginners to learn and has a large developer community.

4. Java

Java is one of the world’s most popular programming languages. It has not lost its charm yet and offers many possibilities for its users. The best thing about Java is that it can run on any device. It is estimated that over 5 billion devices are running Java. Apart from that, Java code can be easily converted to Objective-C for the iOS platform.

5. HTML5

First, HTML is not a programming language. A markup language for creating web pages and web applications. It cannot be considered one of the best iOS programming languages. Without HTML, it would be impossible to structure and display content on the World Wide Web. It plays a role in supporting the creation of mechanisms and the presentation of applications.

What language do you use for web scraping? https://www.scrapestorm.com/tutorial/what-language-do-you-use-for-web-scraping/ Fri, 21 Apr 2023 08:03:58 +0000 https://www.scrapestorm.com/?type=post&pid=9804 As data analysis and AI technology progresses, “data collection” is attracting attention, and along with it, “scraping”, which is a data collection method, is also attracting attention. I often see questions such as “What is the best language for web scraping?” and “Is there an easy-to-use tool for web scraping?”

This time, I will introduce recommended programming languages and easy-to-use tools for web scraping.

What is web scraping?

Web scraping is the term for various methods used to gather information from across the internet. Typically, this is done with software that simulates human web surfing to collect certain information from various websites. The more you extract the data, the deeper the data analysis.

3 Recommended Languages for Web Scraping

1. Python

Python is one of the most popular programming languages today, and the simplicity of syntax and readability were really taken into consideration when it was first designed. Good programming habits can help you write clearer, more readable code. Python-based packages are even more prosperous, with Python being the fastest growing language according to the latest statistics on tiobe programming language rankings. About 44% of software engineers use this programming language, second only to JavaScript.

Using Python, it is relatively easy to write your own program to collect information. The library is substantial and basically anything can be done. Another important thing is that there is a lot of information and books about Python on the Internet, which is very popular.

2. Ruby

Ruby was originally an object-oriented scripting programming language, but over time it gradually evolved into an interpreted high-level general-purpose programming language. It is very useful for improving developer productivity. In Silicon Valley, Ruby is very popular and known as the web programming language of the cloud computing era.

Python is suitable for data analysis, and Ruby is suitable for developing web services and SNS. Compared to Python, the advantage is that it can be implemented with only a lightweight library. Also, the Nokogiri library is pretty cool and much easier to use than its Python equivalent.

3. JavaScript

JavaScript is a high-level dynamic programming language. The very popular front-end framework Vue.js was created with jsJavaScript. I would say that JavaScript is a must if you want to engage in front-end development.

Recently, the number of websites that use a lot of JavaScript such as SPA is increasing, so in that case, it is easiest to scrape while operating headless chrome with puppeteer. Node.js (JavaScript) is likely to become the most suitable language for scraping in the near future.

2 recommended web scraping tools for non-engineers

1. ScrapeStorm

ScrapeStorm is a powerful, no-programming, easy-to-use artificial intelligence web scraping tool. It provides two scraping modes for different base users, 1-click meets 99% web scraping. ScrapeStorm allows you to retrieve large amounts of web data quickly and accurately. It perfectly solves various problems faced by manual data extraction, reduces the cost of information acquisition, and improves work efficiency.

2. ParseHub

ParseHub is a free web scraping tool. This advanced web scraper allows you to extract data with just a click on the data you want. It allows you to download the collected data in any format for analysis.

With the method using a scraping tool, even those who are not confident in their IT skills or have no programming experience can easily perform scraping.

What each programming language can do? https://www.scrapestorm.com/tutorial/what-each-programming-language-can-do%ef%bc%9f/ Fri, 24 Mar 2023 09:24:00 +0000 https://www.scrapestorm.com/?type=post&pid=10174 Many people always start learning programming by searching for resources on the Internet after their brains are hot. When I started learning, what I was learning wasn’t what I liked the most, and it seemed like I liked another technology more.

Before we learn a programming language, we have to figure out what areas it applies to. This article describes the application areas of some programming languages and sees what they can do.

1. C language
C’s main application areas are operating systems, embedded systems, and servers, and it is a powerful high-level language that is widely used underneath. For example, Microsoft’s Windows system, which accounts for over 90% of the world’s operating systems, is written in C at its core. However, the C language is notoriously difficult to learn, and if you are familiar with the C language, the income is not low.

2. Java
Java is mainly used for enterprise-level application development, website platform development, mobile games and Android development, for example, many trading sites (Taobao, Tmall, etc.) use Java to develop. Java is easier to learn than C. Java is currently the language with the most job opportunities on the market, as well as the most competitive.

3. Python
Python’s main application areas are crawlers, data analysis, and machine learning, and it is used by some small and medium-sized enterprises for back-end development, making it a relatively easy-to-learn language with high development efficiency. However, software companies’ product development lacks efficient and complete development workflow software support.

4. C++
C++ is mainly used in the game field, office software, graphics processing, websites, search engines, relational databases, browsers, software development, integrated environment IDE, etc. C++ has the second largest number of job openings after Java, and the learning difficulty level is not low. Let’s take a look at some of the best game engines written in C++.

5. JavaScript
JavaScript used to be mainly used for front-end development and has established a strong position in the front-end of the web, but now JavaScript is not only used in the front-end, but also in his Node.js on the back-end. . It can be said that learning JavaScript is essential for front-end and back-end development.
